The site is owned by Officina Madre. Access and use of the site imply acceptance of these terms. Users agree to use the site lawfully and in compliance with the law.
Products and availability
All Officina Madre garments are handmade in limited edition. Images and descriptions are indicative. Colours and textures may vary slightly from what is shown, due to the artisan nature of production.
Purchases
Purchases are made through direct contact via email (info@officinamadre.com). There is no automated e-commerce system. Each order is handled individually and confirmed via email.
Prices and payments
Prices are communicated upon request. Payment is made according to the terms agreed at the time of order. All prices include VAT.
Shipping and returns
Shipments are made throughout Italy and Europe. Shipping times and costs are communicated at the time of order. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with current legislation.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logo, graphics) is the property of Officina Madre and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Officina Madre endeavours to keep the site updated and functional, but does not guarantee continuous availability of the service. It assumes no responsibility for any interruptions or technical errors.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Ariano Irpino has jurisdiction.
